1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.
Taxes: All applicable shipping taxes and duties are covered by Humtto.co.uk.
2. Shipping Fees
- Orders over £49.90 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders under £49.90 incur a standard shipping fee of £4.99.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders submitted on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.
- If any items are temporarily out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email before shipment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
- If your order includes items with different lead times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed.
Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand. Humtto.co.uk is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted logistics partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The courier is selected based on your location and order size to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
In rare cases where your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking link provided. If the tracking shows no update for several days, contact us immediately at support@humtto.co.uk.
While carriers are responsible for shipments during transit, our team will assist you in investigating and locating your package.
8. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
